- You are not submitting content on behalf of a competitor or with malicious intent
- The content does not violate any applicable laws
- You grant OF Trust a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute the content on the platform
4. Prohibited Content
The following content is not permitted on OF Trust:
- False, fabricated, or deliberately misleading reviews
- Content that constitutes defamation under applicable law
- Personal identifying information of private individuals without consent
- Threats, harassment, or hate speech
- Content submitted by competitors for the purpose of damaging a competitor's reputation
- Spam or commercially motivated fake reviews
5. Disclaimer of Liability
OF Trust is a platform for user-generated content. All reviews and ratings represent the personal opinions and experiences of individual users. OF Trust does not independently verify the accuracy of any review or claim made on this platform.
OF Trust shall not be held liable for:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted content
- Any damages arising from reliance on content published on this platform
- Any disputes between creators and agencies arising from or related to reviews posted on this platform
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
This platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Content Moderation
OF Trust reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse any content that violates these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Agencies that believe a review contains false information may contact us at contactoftrustplatform@gmail.com to request a review of the content. We will assess such requests in good faith but are not obligated to remove content that represents a genuine personal experience.
7. Agency Profiles
Agency profiles may be created on OF Trust based on user submissions, even without the agency's involvement. Agencies may claim their profile by contacting us. Claimed profiles allow agencies to respond publicly to reviews.
OF Trust does not endorse any agency listed on the platform. The presence of an agency profile does not constitute a recommendation.
8. Anonymity
OF Trust allows users to submit reviews anonymously. We take reasonable steps to protect reviewer identity. However, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity in all circumstances, including where we may be required to comply with legal obligations.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and code created by OF Trust is the property of OF Trust and may not be reproduced without permission. User-submitted reviews remain the intellectual property of the submitting user, subject to the license granted in Section 3.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
